This seems to only affect Research missions, confirmed with "Hot Oil" and "But Taaaarl..." but I suspect all of them are affected. I right now have a reward window with both a normal and critical reard for "But Taaaarl..." pending and can directly compare the difference. Normal Success options: 1.8% level xp 1800 tetradrachms Tradeskill components from SoD to CoV Critical Success options: 2.7% level xp 2700 tetradrachms Tradeskill components from SoD to ToV (no CoV option)
Actually there are several quests that do not offer CoV rewards. I had that with a level 3 rare harvesting or crafting, cannot remember which one. Also with some uncommon one. Devs would probably have to go through all of them and check.
Seems Overseer is bugged beyond belief atm. I have 4 completed tasks and all success's and no incapations. Cant claim task rewards and timer constantly returns to its previous timer cycle. Cant Abandon a task either. Needs looking at seriously PDQ
