I just wanted to say ... I have been playing here from the beginning and recently started a new character group. Going along doing all the quests and got to the Steppes and was soooo excited about doing the portal quest. One of the coolest quests in the whole game; the way the portal got fixed. I was so disappointed that they've changed it. Don't see anything anymore the quest just ends. Silly, but was just so disappointed; just had to say something. My first comment in 20 yrs... Not happy with all of the changes since I brought up my original players.
Good question. Did you not get Pummelcrush to spawn? Did you not get your Necklace of Warportal Fragments? Perhaps a little more info might be enlightening
