It's from the movie "Spinal Tap". Ironically the whole thing is best described as hyperbole. The joke is they have painted the numbers on this guitar amp to make it look like it 'goes up to 11' (all others 'go to 10'). The guitarist thinks he has a special amp that 'goes to 11', everyone else realizes they just changed the numbers on the panel.
Well since it actually says you can enjoy 100% experience. That would mean we are getting the same 100% experience we always get. If they had said an extra 100% experience then that would mean double experience.

I thought the same thing, but it does say bonus. No Labor Day Sale in the store? I thought they really did appreciate us. I guess not.
By the way, if it went up to "11", it would be like 110% bonus. At least we get those 18" statues they promised us.
