I will have to see if one of our berserkers has a parse he can give me. He did see that a group geared berserker he had was doing more damage than his TOV raid geared one in some circumstances when COV came out due to luck increasing crits. IE raid geared maxed at 10 luck and group geared maxed at 15 luck on each item.
You only get bumps every 10 points (where I think 1-9 may be the first 10 so every X0 number). The first bumps I think up to 40 give you better benefit than all the bumps after it, diminishing returns as you get more luck. Over 100 luck you are looking at around a 1% or less increase per bump with about a 50% chance to trigger so .1% DPS (mentioned here https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq...ent-cap-on-the-luck-stat.275959/#post-4039631).
