This is pretty sweet. Performance looks solid. What kind of framerates are you seeing in EQ using Parallels on the M1? Tried boxing on the M1 yet?
I tried it using the bootcamp option (so still a real install but I don't have to reboot to play). The only issue I had is my right-mouse-look is hyper fast even with the game set at 5%, which is my normal window setting. The pointer speed is normal. Only the mouse-look is insane. I tried setting it to not adjust for gaming but it is the same. Any ideas? Would love to do a little tradecrafting on a break
Looks good, better than on my 2017 MBP with parallels. Is there an option within EQ to see your framerate?
You could try downloading MSI Afterburner, and setting up an On Screen Display Overlay. But I will caution you, the config menu for doing so is confusing and not intuitive. There are probably videos out there showing how to do it, and get the things you actually want on the screen, but this isn't a "5 minutes later I could see my FPS" kind of thing. Plus I think you have to be playing fullscreen for it to work, not windowed, if that matters.
