yet more BS from DBG, still can't log on any of my accounts, even when i bypass the launcher it says my credentials are invalid ...
During this timeframe there may also be intermittent issues with launch pad, if you have trouble and see the following message, "LaunchPad was unable to connect. Please check the network connection or try again later. If the problem persists, please visit https://help.daybreakgames.com for assistance." They're now saying that the login problem was unrelated to the maintenance, and has been fixed. If you can't get in, click on the link they give you on login failure, remove the two "cookie" files, then relog in manually using your login and password.
Thanks for the info. I don't see a link after login failure. This all started last week before the maintenance. I placed a support ticket in, but no response as of yet. I am unable to log in with game or website. Tried to reset password, get email stating it's been reset, but doesn't work.
