Evoker's Synergy text states that it will only trigger off non Fire nukes. At max level, it now triggers off Fire nukes as well. Is this a buff or a bug? If it is a bug I highly suggest you leave in place based on how poorly wizards performing these days. It's far from game breaking, just update the tool-tip.

Yeah, it's pretty simple to test. Strip gear in guild hall, cast vortex on a dummy, cast fire spells to your heart's content. Can't get the synergy buff to go off you. Put a piece of gear with a non-fire proc on ... and it goes if a cold/magic proc fires. Non interesting side note. Restless focus proc does not trigger the synergy buff. The small question is whether firing off procs is intended. But given all the other "small questions" the other classes have (**cough**manafrommagepets**cough**) ... meh.
