Sorry I'm on a live server and much higher level so can do it alone. So for me its a little different as I can get him down 25% in no time flat. Which is why I said now I use just one character to DPS him and even then be careful.

Either way sounds like your event is bugged? I don't know since I never did it remotely current. What I didn't know or see on the write up is more than one wave of adds

This is right from Allakhazam Dragorns will spawn in three more waves of five. These waves are timed and, upon death, allow Hanvar to be damaged another 25% health.

At the time of posting, I am using Google Chrome. I right click and chose inspect (as you can do right now ). On the right side top of the page next to Elements, Console, Sources, network >> is a ! sign. Click that and you will see ( currently three ) issues in yellow.

    The issues NOW show:

As I said, at the time of the post it was linking to that persons Magelo, now it is showing other peoples Magelo.

Anyway, that is how I got the info at that time ;)

No it isn't. This was a boring fight a million years ago and it's a boring fight today. Every encounter in CoA is/was a snooze fest aside from OMM.

I used to round them up on my Rogue and curb-stomp them in a couple seconds and it never bugged. His HP would drop 5% each and he'd lock for 5ish minutes. If you're killing any add and his HP isn't moving then it's probably bugged.

Let them spawn and come into Hanvar's main room then kill them there. Don't sit in their respective rooms waiting (if you are).

Did you make UI's on EQInterface?

    Hmm, I don't think so. If I did it was <= 2005.

To report back... We dropped Warden Hanvar.

We only got 4 waves of 5 adds that time before they stopped spawning instead of the previous 5. We made extra sure to kill them all. None got free or lived long enough to assist Hanvar.

We killed the adds while Hanvar was parked in the southern corner of the arc corridor outside his room. We pulled Hanvar back into his room. We tried to pull him into the northern antechamber, but he popped back to original spawn point at that time. Yes, we had him pulled further without him popping back, so that was some sort of glitch mechanism there.

We proceeded to kill him directly on his spawn point. His hitpoints dropped at that point. That's when we started to focus damage on him, so I have no idea whether we could have killed him in the outer corridor. We pulled him back to his room because someone somewhere mentioned he had extra regen outside his room.

I don't know why he was invulnerable previously, but a few notes...

    - melee DPS is much more useful than caster DPS, our tanks even out-DPS'd all casters
    - levitate helped mitigate some of the knockback
    - we did 8.9M damage to Hanvar (1.8M before he popped back as a guess, the parser parsed two Hanvars)

On a side note, Ture was a far easier and 3x faster kill for us than Hanvar. My guess is because we are heavy caster DPS making Ture easier and Warden Hanvar harder.
