Hi, I wanted to return to EQ, but after numerous attempts to pay for an account through Daybreak games website I have abandoned my attempt to return. Billing site issues are a serious matter, this should be a prioritized fix for DBG as they legally need to provide a means to cancel the membership. I’m a lifetime AllAccess member so there’s nothing to cancel but I hope they don’t process any charges this week or change any account statuses (i.e. sub to unsub) until this is fixed.
