Aradune is unplayable. Zone for 3 min and then DC. Try and login, game says player is still online. Try and remove from world, get disconnected. Try and log back in, no response from server. What a joke. Can we get some support?

Dev's are deveopers, and as Skuz points out Ops are the folks that tend to daily hardware Operations, repair etc. You are looking for CS- customer service, and that is easily accessed by logging in on main page and clicking support. somehow the term GM has become an amalgam of all departments with a touch of unicorn to fix all the woes. real or perceived.
