Where are those dedicated GM's we heard about?

    Aradune is unplayable. Zone for 3 min and then DC. Try and login, game says player is still online. Try and remove from world, get disconnected. Try and log back in, no response from server.
    What a joke. Can we get some support?

    GM are in game support. Dev's are deveopers, and as Skuz points out Ops are the folks that tend to daily hardware Operations, repair etc. You are looking for CS- customer service, and that is easily accessed by logging in on main page and clicking support. somehow the term GM has become an amalgam of all departments with a touch of unicorn to fix all the woes. real or perceived.

    Maybe the GMs are busy answering the thousands of Petitions your server has sent in.
