On a deserted but otherwise functional Everquest server, with no player interaction, would the NPC reside in only one zone?
So an NPC in an instance, not raid-related, post-DoN, which offers a service to players. Does it buy/sell anything?

Could "planetary" be a descriptor for it? At least not as in Luclin. Is it reptilian? Is it worshipped by anyone? Is it's purpose, in terms of gameplay, for players to kill it? Is it part of a landscape feature in a zone? Could it be considered under the control of, or owned by, a player character? Is it blue? Would a troll be interested in candying the ears of this beings race for the purpose of eating? Does the service offered involve transport of player characters? Does the NPCs name contain any words that their family and friends probably wouldn't address them with? Was the NPC introduced to the game in the Dragons of Norrath expansion, or earlier? Is this NPC related to a raid encounter? No, subject is not an ogre. Marcia Attamilgad Is the NPC a high elf? a half elf? Is it Neliths Sylnis? Garik Nogflop? MAYBE Would a gnome lick it? So then...
