After a week of Overseer I have yet to see 1 quest which gives recovery EXP. Either they do not exist or are missing from the quest rotations.
So dug into this report. Verified that the reward data does indeed exist and can be given. The tricky part about this is that you have to have an incapacitated agent when the quest list is rolled and then within that there's a percent chance that you will get a recovery quest. At the lower levels this is incredibly difficult to achieve. Closing this thread but if you see this issue persist once you do roll a recover quest, please spin up a new report.
