TBL Charm with ToV Armor

    Hey guys, I noticed that the TBL "class armor" charms are working at full strength while wearing only ToV class only armor. Is this working as intended, or a bug? Thanks!

    TBL charm works with tov amor, but tov charm dont with tbl
