So a few times over the past few weeks I have attempted to copy my character from povar using the /beta command with no results. I did initially create a character with the same name on the beta server but I deleted it. Would this be the reason it hasn't shown up on the beta server? Toon's name is Esdeshyt on Povar.

do I have to preorder ToV to do beta? I DLed the launcher and stuff but no server appears when I launch. thank you for your time.
