Daybreak / Sony has made home bases or so it seems a place where buff timers do not tick down, Abysmal Sea is a home base and buff timers do tick down. Abysmal Sea also does not have a parcel vendor and could use one. Selo won't be in GoD much longer but I feel these would be some nice changes for future TLP to come.
Guild Lobby/Hall comes live with Dragons of Norrath. So during OoW in Era, I remember most of us just were bound next to the Priest of Discord in PoK.
