V.3 Haste Not Showing

  1. Eggolas Augur

    Purchased a Conflagrant Necklace of Security with v.3 Overhaste of 8% for two characters. Both have same relevant 43% haste equipment (conflagrant vital belts) and 68% enchanter haste buffs.

    Paladin (108) shows 208% haste on stat page.
    Monk (109) shows 200% haste on stat page.

    Submit bug report or something else?

    Did you actually right click the item to activate the permenant buff?
