I completed the Quarm group objective and failed to get any of the /claim rewards i was supposed to get due to a bug. I tried petitioning and was told that customer service cannot help me with my missing /claims and that a dev/qa has to do it. I tried reporting an issue on the DBG issue tracker: https://dgcissuetracker.com/browse/EQ-1025 I tried submitting a post in the Live update bugs forum: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq/index.php?threads/live-update-bugs-07-13-16.234065/page-3 Is there anything else i can do the bring this to the attention of people who can actually resolve my problem? The only course of action that appears to have had any actual progress so far is the submission of the dgc issue tracker issue which has been moved to the status "Reviewed by Moderator". So that's promising i guess. Is there a list somewhere of how many statuses it has to go through until it reaches a point where a dev/qa will actually look at it?
They didn't, but people have already claimed full rewards (I have for example), you should be getting them on completion of achievement not when the event ends or anything
I tried this already. I also tried zoning and camping out. At a minimum, camping out should have refreshed the claims.
