As of tonight, half the guilds that beat Eye in era have beaten Phara dar. And we have nearly two months to go.

Neat, now how many of those guilds CLEARED VP ever after the 17 day bonus XP and charity BGM/AJs? I'm waiting to see which of you is man enough to step up and admit you didn't beat Nexona with 35 players avg level 58 like you thought you could.

He's mad because smart people knew DBG would do what it always does (rightfully) and made the quest more reasonable. I feel bad for people who camped swamp for 25+ hours but really, most of us will get same result in a few hours.

For reference i was asking for the VP key to be made easier, I'm the one that suggested originally for outdoor dragons to drop medallions. Making the quest more raid oriented like it should be. Also, swamp was super easy i just AFKed my box cleric in a pick to hold it open for my guildies and eventually decided to snag it when nobody showed up.

DO you really think any guild that beat Phara Dar this weak but didn't beat Nexona won't be able to get it done in the next 7 weeks? Really?

Any of these guilds would have beaten EVERY VP dragon in the next 7 weeks without any changes to the key mobs OR bonus xp. Anyone who thinks otherwise is denying realitty.

1 of the 6 guilds that beat PD this week i don't believe will beat Nexona in era IF they don't recruit more people. But, here's the thing remember when i told Vaclav i won't take his bet about beating VP in era because there is to many factors that could change that i would want to void the bet. Well both 17 days of near double XP and a nearly trivial VP key process would have been two of those factors. But if you go back and actually read the conversation i was mainly arguing that most guilds won't be beating Nexona, Druusk and Hoskar with 35ish in raid, which they didn't and likely won't. However with the bonus XP and easier key they likely won't need too. I'm actually kinda rooting for Resolute, MiM CC and RO3 because i'm friends in game with some of their members. But keep hating

Resolute cleared all of VP this evening with 60. Last week we only had 20 keyed members... did a big push and between our last raid day (Sunday) and this evening, we pumped out 40 more keys.

We have 2 months to go so we'll find ways to keep challenging ourselves and split-raiding VP will be one. Will we be able to clear it all with 35-36? Time will tell. I will say that Phara Dar is definitely not a challenge in that zone.... Hoshkar and Nexona on the other hand required a lot more attentiveness.

Come on man, you are just wrong. You said 6 guilds wouldn't beat it even if the key quest didn't exist. And, whatever advantage the anniversary xp bonus gave, it didn't make the difference for these 6 guilds that have already gotten Phara Dar down. We had 170% gain starting on March 16. Certainly that helped some guilds catch up. But if we had not had that gain, guilds would have been at the April 19 point on April 30 instead, 2 weeks later (not adjusting for their members who capped xp on April 19 or earlier.) Easily in time to get these mobs down still in era.

None of these guilds will have ANY problem whatsoever downing all of VP in era, xp bonus or not, key quest or not. You are simply flat out wrong here. And with these bonuses, it will be 12+ guilds that will clear vp in era. It is NOT nearly so difficult as you make it out to be.

Split Phara Dar is worth more than two Hoshkar or Nexona. Wish you best luck on splitting PD.

This is so depressingly true

"Nearly Trivial VP key process" = approximately double the keying rate (besides BGM) - You'd have been looking at mid-April instead of end of March.

Same thing for XP since some people were running pots to basically get double XP for those days.

And considering every guild that killed PD this week fills (or damn near fills) raids, I'm not sure what recruiting you're expecting them to do, lol. You think you'll need multiple raids to kill Nexona? Because otherwise, you're just spouting nonsense again.
