Any chance that the limit on mercenaries will be extended from 7 to 10 or 12? With all the great new mercs being offered, it would be fun to change them out, like players switch illusions, pets, or armor ornaments!

I didn't realize that EQ had Steam DLC packs.

My main currently has 8 of 11 mercs with the last 3 slots locked. I don't know if it's possible to open up a 12th slot. I am maxed at tradeskilling and did the merc quest in pok a couple of times. I think that's how I gained some of the extra slots.

What is this? I looked all through SC store as i didn't think this was possible, after further searching i still didn't find it. I want this. You would make a killing off selling this. Please tell me this just hasn't been added yet, and isn't an error. I really need more inventory slots lol.

Yeah I would definitely like to know about that as well...to quote Elvira "I will stand on my head and eat a bug!" for more inventory slots...

Also , I checked Steam and yeah , those sales are on there right now...might have to download EQ on it just to make a purchase...good thing I have enough room on my backup HD...

I am pretty sure the base inventory slot increase is for ftp to increase from 2 slots or whatever they get.

yeah that may be it , I wouldn't know because do not have a ftp account...sigh , sounded to good to be true

I just checked ftp account and the only difference is they get 2 shared bank slots instead of 4. If what I quoted is in reference to an upgrade from 2 to 4 shared bank slots it is quite misleading, because it specifies inventory slots.

Anyway, would love to hear some official input, as I said I think you guys would make a killing on it if it became an option.

The steam HC packages are listed in the general/services tag at the SC store now under bundles but not at the steam discount prices. What a rip-off if they don't go on sale for the steam prices.

I removed this from the list. This was an item offered when EQ first transitioned to Free to Play in 2012, when there were other restrictions on base inventory slots.
