Shadowknight: Surreptitious Blight

We used to be able to cast this spell anytime, now we cannot cast it when in combat.

Comparing the spell files between Test and Live shows that the Rk. I of Surreptitious Blight on Test had its castincombat boolean changed from 1 to 0 which would explain that.

Interesting.

So is it a bug or an impending nerf?

Rejoice? This is actually upsetting. I love the weapon-mouth drake.

Cleric mercenaries buff hand of certitude rk II is blocking magicians phantasmal armor from landing which they should and were stacking until recently not sure on the real clerics spells.
This is on the live servers.

Is dragitem197.dds going live?

It is on Test but it is not listed in the
Game Update Notes: June 18, 2014
even though 195 and 196 are.

Beastlord extended bestial bloodrage, does not increase the time it Works on warder. According to desc it should increase 30 sec per rank, with duration of 5 min at beginning and there 5 ranks, meaning should last 7 min 30 sec,.

Hastened claws, does not Work on Focused clamor of Claws,
When you use FCoC, it does not disable CoC, but if you press CoC it says you cannot use for 30 sec.
When you use CoC, it disabled both coc / FCoC for 21 sec.

Extended Group bestial alignment does not increase the duration by 2 ticks.

This on both live + test servers, the prelaunch of RoT (the npcs) are killing various Citizens in Qeynos, making some tasks impossible to do.
Example is the deliver mail from city A to Qeynos and from there to toehr cities.

On Test server - No zone out in Tower of Rot to EWK. Mage and Other spells have level 255 on them as well and can not be scribed to spell book
