Preorder Expansions taken away then deleveled

where is this info at? Can you point us to that ? No? didn't think so

Piestro I preorder the expansion on 8/25. I canceled today due to my character having a bunch of gear. I reactivated the preorder. Will my account be restored to being able to use the exapnsions?

Could you log out and try and log back in (all the way to character)? Please let me know what happens. Thanks

Note. That is my character can't use half his gear and was deleveled from 94 to 90. Do I need to put in a ticket also.

My favorite is that they do the pre-orders and then dbl xp and those who have been grinding out levels to get caught up from extended absences from the game to now have all that jerked out from under them.

I'm still showing 19/20 as well - it is giving me credit for my CoTF pre-order but not for Rain of Fear.

if youre two boxing i think you need to fully log out of both to get updated.
