Zameron Love Crystal Disappeared

Anyone else have this happen?
I purchased the Love Crystal and placed it in my base on Feb 1st. Collected 1 thing from it after placing it in my base. Feb 2nd, the crystal is no longer in my base. Gave it a day thinking maybe that's how it works. Today (feb 3) it is still not there. I removed a bunch of base items from the area where it was just incase it is having issues drawing it, nope, not there. Not in my list of items I can place. It is in my list of base items that I have from the inventory menu though......

I have heard ppl run from base to base and collect those love crystals, don't give everyone access to ur base.

That's not the problem though, the love crystal base item is just not there at all anymore. Cant see it, cant collect anything from where it was placed, cant select it when in decorating mode (or see it).

He's saying someone stole it because they have permission to move items in your base.

If no one has that permission you need to submit a ticket.

Wait....what? That's a joke right? If we can remove items from bases once put into the base inventory, I've got a LOT of things to move around where I've applied things to bases I wish I could remove and sell or remove and move to league hall, 2nd toon base, etc....

I"m guessing it's a joke......right?

One has to have the ability to "remove" the item to move and place it elsewhere is my understanding.
That may be why you see it in base inventory (because it's been collected) and can't place it when choosing it as the item to place.

I haven't tried doing it and have never given that permission to anyone.

Not because I'm afraid items will disappear but rather I don't want to enter my base and find it turned upside down.

did you check your list of collected base items? (the tab from the inventory screen) Is it still there?

Yeah, I have a few alts with the ability to move items, but that's it. Only because sometimes I think of something that might look nice and want to look at it ASAP when i'm on an alt.

Man...if that 'remove' ability was available I could get rid of all the crap I have from all these event base items I get just to complete the feat. not to mention I've got a few items worth a few $$$ that I don't use...I'd put those on the broker ASAP.

What is this? Directly purchasing things from the Marketplace is a myth. Put your suggestions behind a box for the same amount with a random chance of rewarding buyers with those tokens or exobytes. Maybe be kind and give them soder colas as well

To the OP, did you try selecting the option to pick up all base items and start over again? Also, if you recently moved your base somewhere else, that might cause problems as well.

I just picked up all items in all 4 bases, and relocated all 4 of them. I still do not have the option to place the love crystal. But in my base item inventory list it is still there.

Just to clarify, I now have zero base items placed in any base, and still can not place the love crystal. Prior to this I have not moved my lair since the base system was added to the game.

Yeah, you'll have to file a ticket with customer service then, and submit a screenshot showing that's it's in your inventory. They should be able to solve the problem quickly, especially since you need those collections sooner rather than later.
