    LOL No. It's a 4chan /co/ meme. They basically came up with it in a draw thread I believe and they ran with it. They placed him in a lot of comics settings. They are hilarious. :) Google "Hope Corgi".

    That screenshot is from hero side. Rage is an emotion shared by heroes and villains, go check out the DCUO trailer to see how pissed Superman was when Lex killed Wonder Woman. AND Red lanterns have been deemed neutral.
