yellow crystals in robinson park

I know this thread has been brought up before, but it has yet to be answered. So flat out, why do they not charge super anymore?
no made up answers.

They were never supposed to give supercharge to us originally and are just part of a pre 30 mission.
So it's classed as a "fix"

understood but that doesnt give a reason to undo it.

It was explained by Jens as they were the cause of overcrowding a leveling area. I assume that meant that while a few people were just there to gain SC, it became a beacon for many a ***** who decided to grief leveling Villains and the Devs received complaints about it.

Chalk it up as "This is why we can't have nice things."

PvP as usual. QQ he had a full supercharge bar at the beginning of the match and my Lair is is Metropolis so I don't wanna have to go and charge mine up also, QQ.

you must not truly understand if you ask the question. it was broken so why would you leave anything broken that can be fixed?

besides that they did give an even better reason. they said its a low level mission site that -30s were always getting wiped out at because +30s were there using a broken game mechanic to super up. so not only does it fix the glitch but it helps low level players not be griefed by high level players trying to do missions.

Honestly why does it matter?
What was the advantage?

You can "Charge" your super simply by hitting a sparring target or going out and killing things..

Or you could even Duel friends and that would at least give you points toward a feat if you duel enough times (I'm working toward 1000 duels now) and that will eventually give you some skill points... those crystals did nothing for you and there was no advantage at all..

Well if you can't believe the reason the devs have given, why bother asking? lol........................ It's not like they're gonna come in here and give you the real answer, when they've already gone and stated why.

Why did you need the crystals again to charge your SC?

The yellow crystals were never suppose to do that in the first place. The devs have stated in the forums and on FNL that love level Under 30 players were getting ganked in that area, so they fixed the crystals.

Because doing your PvE missions in the PvE phase is punishable by death in some countries right? This is the only game that I see have devs that bend over backwards to cater to the PvP sides every need without any regard for the side that actually pays the bills. It's ridiculous.

I will not comment on whether, or not the devs cater towards one side or the other, even if it does seem that way. The fact remains, that using them for supercharge charging was causing interference in a leveling mission, and thus they had to fix the problem.

This is nothing but a cope out. By that same logic, they should simply remove PvP phase for any pre lvl 30s. Some Ppl will believe anything the devs feed them it seems

need no, it was just something nice that i want to know why they removed, your question about my personal game play preferences though are irrelevant to this thread

Yellow crystals help build sc before going into a sync 5v5 match against other leagues.
If ppl complained go to PvE phase simple fix
Dev dodge the question for obvious reason. That is nothing new.
Why remove something that is not harming anyone, and was actually something cool to have? <-- Js come up with all the excuses they want to on this matter it will just be excuses.

They did answer it. I'm not sure why you're saying they didn't.

Oh, you can't get in their head? **** then. If you can't believe what they're telling you, that's your issue - that's the reasoning they're giving us. Expecting something more is just a waste of your own time.

Some people are so bloody thick headed on this forum that they have this belief people aren't entitled to their own opinions - but they'll boldly go out and state their own. Hypocritical.

it is totally relevant.

If there is no purpose but to fly around the park smashing crystals to charge up.. why can't you do the same thing by attacking enemies?
This tread is about why it was removed... and the answer was, because it wasn't needed and wasn't supposed to be there in the first place.

If your only purpose was to charge your SC.. then do it by another way.
