Yeah, Gotham is Batman's turf, but come on, does Batman REALLY want to argue with Wonder Woman? Bats knows better to mess with anything that's not in his realm of expertise. He's more than likely content with observing the goings-on and leave things with WW to handle.

Superman? Well, he's most likely content with staying out of things because Gotham is Batman's turf, along with his supposed weakness to anything magical.

Then again, Wonder Woman is full of pride as a Amazon princess and I'd venture to guess Supes and Bats dare not interfere out of respect.
