Work In Progress: Electricity Balance - Updated

    Most of what I have read so far within the first few pages i agree with. As for my ideas they are similar.

    ⊙Make Electrogenesis last through the the entire cooldown/shorten the cool down
    ⊙Give Electrocute a 2 way use for Dps/Heal. Also allow for more damage if electrified pi is in use.
    ⊙Wired should ALWAYS electrify when hitting an enemy
    ⊙Bio-Capacitor should be a 4man heal along with 35% interaction. The animation for that 35% saftey heal should be more noticable animation. Its very faint.
    ⊙Flux should be a 4man shield or lower the Transducer SC to 25%. Preferably the former.
    ⊙The powercosts should be lower across the board but it is electricty so i understand the concept of using "a lot of power".
    ⊙Heals should have more range. It has the absolute worst range of all healing powers.
    ⊙Ionic Drain should have a burst heal First and then be followed up by Hots. Just makes more sense.

    Im very all over the place but these are just some of my own personal prefrences.

    So... Will other similar static stat buffs being changing to 15% as well? ;)

    Just to clarify Voltaic Bolt's new effects are more similar to Poison Spores/Harvest when compared to Weapon Mastery bonuses. In fact it sounds like the new Voltaic Bolt is an area version version of Harvest. LOL! :)

    I assume Fire and Gadgets will get them. But Gadgets might get both a might and precision buff because one power gives like 66 might and precision which is bad. It also an instant power cast. That might change since Trollers hate Gadget damages for using that power. And Fire has the fire fiery on their hands which might get updated later on too.

    And Nature's Hive Mind. I was asking because this is where the change was mentioned. Creating a new thread seemed pointless for a simple "yes" or "no" answer with no additional discussion really needed.

    It is a nice buff for Electricity though.

    I'm wondering if the polarization consumables can be updated so they can be thrown towards enemies? Thrown similar to how Static Grenades are thrown.

    You think we can make circuit breaker some kind of electric form? Appling polarization or Electricity pi and give a huge might buff?

    Please dont take away the stun in Ionic Drain. That has become such an integral part of my load out.
    Still would like it to hit more them one enemy but keep the stun effect.
    Its very effective for a healer and has help me out a lot in some very sticky situations.
    I hope this not set in stone.

    On the other hand I really need to try these changes first hand to really know how they will play out.

    Love the idea of decreasing the power and having the new power intersactions take place. But i would like to also see hots at a faster rate and Having it interact with instant heals like nature. It will be lool and yet unique to still keep that safety net if you input this idea and power costs should be equal to the other healer roles as they dont consume as much power yet they dish out a lot of heals unlike electric.

    Why take away Telsa Ball function as a power that electrifies everything in area? It was good as a multiplier for simultaneous damage and healing when in healer role when used in conjunction with other powers. I dont understand the logic. What cast is being used to replace that function?

    Arc Lightning
    * Electrifies enemies that are hit by the lightning
    * Reduced the power cost
    * Heals the user on cast when in Healer Role
    * The lightning can now arc to/from the caster
    * Chooses group members instead of allies for the first two healing jumps

    that only hits 4 people...Tesla Ball electrifies everything in area....was awesome when getting piled in pvp in conjunction with electroburst.
    With this new set up, you would need to cast AL twice to get same effect...

    Then find a new tactic that works the same way or better. Its the nature of the game. Besides, if a power is only useful in a such a specific set, it cant be that strange for then to change it, especially in a game whose main focus is PVE.
