TWO THINGS:ONE: Mobs respawn rate is atrocious. I 'should' have at least 20-30 seconds after beating a mob, to secure the objective the mob was guarding. A full mob should not spawn right on top of me the second I touch an objective. More often than not, I am killed either on the last mob/objective for a daily, or on my way back to turn a daily in.
When the REPAIR BILL IS BIGGER THAN THE REWARDS, IT IS NOT ONLY NOT FUN, IT GENERATES REPAIR DEFICIT, IOW, WAGE SLAVERY.

TWO: What are the requirements for getting the new Amazon Bronze Augments? So far, they have had their GIFT BOX appear on most of my chars Lv 25+, but not all. I would like to know why, and if I need to make a ticket.

For your first point: some of the objectives are supposed to spawn enemies when you get near a certain item. For example in the Olympus area with Athena there are little pots near cloud portals. The mission is programmed to spawn 2-3 enemies from the cloud portal as soon as you get to the pot, before you turn the cog. In the Murk area there are Aquamancers (+ 2 adds) that only become targetable when you get physically near them. There are also some objectives that are being "guarded" where you need to be careful. For example the cockatrices that are guarding blocks of stone - the blocks of stone only become selectable when you get close to them. In most cases you don't have enough time to defeat the cockatrice (and the two baby cockatrices...cockatri?) before the timer runs out. What you need to do in this situation is hit the cockatrice from range and let it come to you. After you have defeated it then you go to the blocks of stone. These are just the examples I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more. In any regard what I'm getting at is that this is intentional, and you need to learn the pattern to how they work. As for returning...if you are Flight, Skimming or Acrobatics then just fly over any enemies that aren't targeting you, or if you are Superspeed then double jump as much as you can or run along walls so as not to drag attentione to yourself. Alternatively you could just warp to rally point if you're out of combat.

Point two: All characters between level 25 and CR 298 should get the Bronze Engraving adaptive augments. If you are CR299+ then you get the Platinum ones. I think you get these the same way, but honestly I can't remember if it's through a gift box or a mission in your journal. If you haven't gotten any on certain characters that are above level 25 then yeah, file a ticket.

I am aware of those 'certain' trigger-spawns. I am specifically not referring to any of those. I am talking basic mobs, with objectives like Source Crystals or Fallen Amazons. The mob guarding the objective respawns 2 seconds after I beat them; I am already at the objective at that point, so there should be nothing to trigger.
And yes, I do snipe as much as I can, to control the engagement & take out the enemy quickly.

I'll make a list of chars not getting their Augs, and make that ticket. Thank you.

I have a correction to make: Only my Lv 30 chars had received the Wonderverse Gift Adaptive Augments.
Today Cheetahh E777 became my first 'natural 30' and got the Gift Augs.
