Why is Harley so powerful?

u gt that right harley is 1 of those toons that empties her power bar with a 10hit clip and if u end it with the spinn comming of a block break thiers no escape but gu36 will kill that

this has absolutly nun to do with ur response can i ask y u think mental needs a buff its always and i mean always been 1 of the top powers pvp or pve

XD because it's not a top PVE powerset no one with a bit of sense would say that because it lacks AOE and it Lacks good burst its a medium burst D.O.T based powerset and it mostly shines during boss battles not so much so during adds

i see its been since i used mental but and i was only mental 4 about 6months so i never got into the t5 stuff but it was nice in the t4 content but hey only t5 matters right.

6 months is enough but since then they've brought in quantum rage and celestial buffed sourcery and nature while gadgets and HL was already slightly more devistating than mental but they've reintroduced stronger HL combos since OC raids so i think most would agree mental may only be superior to earth fire quantum and ice but with WM who knows XD

shes only human yet steel has steel with a STEEL hammer? yea it will never make sense.
