Why has my membership been Downgraded?!

    When I loged in to dc universe online it says i must deactivate some characters wich means I'm suddenly Premium,and my membership status says: pending Membership Payment: A "and the cash amount" charge for your 1 Month membership is currently in process.
    CURRENT ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP PLAN: PRE-PAID Time
    Whats GOING on?! I've been legendary since the game came out and now this..I got static raid in one hour so I Hope this get fixed :(
