Why does Elite raid drop Non-elite Pieces?

    So maybe, it's a mistake or maybe it's intended. The elite raid is dropping the normal raid pieces if at all it drops any.

    The drop rates suck and the the developers just don't care about player feedback even though the same was reported on the testing thread.
