Why can't I send cash to my alt account?

    I am trying to send 200,000 to an alt account but cannot send the cash as an attachment. Why? I am legendary. I can send a normal message without any attachments. Why can't I send in-game cash?

    Is the alt account legendary also?
    Because Premium and free can not receive cash

    It's my same account, doesn't matter. I'm legendary all my toons are too then.

    No error message. I solved the issue by logged into my alt and sending 1 cash to my main. Logged in got the 1 cash. Sent 100,000 back.

    Highlighted and copied the account name to be safe. Deleted it from my friend list and re-added it back so it appears in my Composite list again.
