You misunderstood, soders were about cost, not cooldown, since you can now use extreme's it's no longer a problem. Mainframe stuff is about cooldowns.

Just making sure the people in the back row can see this. All that player made up crap is ok if discussed beforehand, otherwise any bellyaching is your problem since I followed the rules set up by the game creators.

Not really. Every time I seen someone use one they get ridiculed in shout/LFG chat, among others. Heck when I used one at low cr the entire area I was in called me out in shout chat saying I was trash/garbage and should delete my character for using it.
