    Was there a new bot/console in the area? Have you finished the pointer mission on your test character? I have a feeling this might be a free mark a day after you finish the pointer (duo>talk to Superman in Earth 3 open world>alert>panopticon>escape), but I forgot to look for that last night when I was in test.
