Where is BLACK LIGHTNING?!?!

    I get in, EVERYDAY, since the map appeared, to see BLACK LIGHTNING iconic in HQ Legends.

    He is just not there...

    I did the 50 iconics rally there, and found all the other iconics, but not even once BlackieBoltie!

    Cammon, Am I just jinxed?

    I think he only appears in the HoD map.

    Either way, he is ridiculously rare, pls devs, give us a chance. ):

    finally showed up after 4 flash defeats. did not see him once while flash was alive.
    note: i only spent about 2 hrs looking.
