When are we going to get secret identitys?

Didn't the devs promise us this a long time ago?

Okay, I kind of just figured that out after I made this post when I searched it. I discovered Jens had said this:
2. Style presets? Something anything of this nature would be greatly appreciated. We were told Secret Identitys in beta videos from Jens and Chris Cao. Lets start to make some good on those features. having costume presets would be a nice step in this direction.
This is coming - along with so much more- in the new Armory feature. it has been announced as something in Halls of Power. It's coming.

Jens brought this up again in one of the recent vids or streams. They said at the time there was too much progression involved in the design that kept them from pursuing secret identities (IE: once it's in the game, it'd have to be updated and built upon, or something to that extent). But yeah, as mentioned, armories are giving you the option to swap out of normal gear into hero/villain mode. Ya never know. There may be more room for stuff in Halls of Power as well.

But... But... secret identity mode would allow us to do paperwork, attend business meetings and attempt to elude sexual harassment charges due to our Twiiter feed. It would take the most skill yet!

The Secret Identities that were once mentioned were nothing more than a marketing ploy used to sell additional character slots in the MP.

If we do get “secret identities”, it won’t be anytime soon as a completely new mechanic would have to be built around them in addition to content to utilize them.

Which I doubt people are really looking for seeing as R&D, player bases, league bases, and numerous other mechanics haven’t been utilized much or are still being worked on that would be more practical and fruitful than allowing someone to live a double life in a game.

I know i would love to walk , around as a human and when a batttle begins change into my crazy identity costume. Its corny when i see a civlian walking and im way taller than them looking like a freak . Weren't we civilans before the exobits hit us and gave us powers * confused * right ?!
