Mine too. Was given a "temp fix" that I need to reset every time I log in (which is pretty often, considering the number of times I get disconnected these days... ) and my ticket was flagged as "solved", and since then nothing has happened.
Exactly, what happened to the cosmic skin we buy? That since they put cosmic parts on gear, the skin does not look as befits? Please, some devs can answer if you are watching the issue? Thank you.

If they cant fix it they should return us the money we spent on it or at least send us the cosmic material as a work around
