What's the highest CR you can skip an alt to from level 30?

I'm interested in making a new alt and I need it to be about a 1 or 2 day project. I have a bunch of items but some of them aren't best in slot.

I calculate 52. You can get 40 item level chest, legs, head, shoulders, hands, waist, feet, and back that are tradable if you are lucky. You can get the 78 rings and neck. The weapon won't matter much, but a 34 or 40 weapon will get you to 52.

You can get almost up to 70. Most of the tradeable iconic items are rare (and expensive), and you will have to have the 78 rings, and neck plus a seasonal trinket.

Which trinkets are tradeable? I give away a lot of these items regularly since I run Tier 2 every week.

The Seasonal trinkets aren't tradeable, but you can get them easily at the right time. During the summer Seasonal, they were just 1 Mark.
