    With my CR only being at 59, the "Relevancy Brackets" totally screws me as I still rely on both Tier 1 and 2 content to acquire the marks I need in order to progress at a rate I feel appropriate. I'm only on a Premium level with the game so this new way is forcing me to pay for DLC "Episodes" in order to play all of the Tier 3 content is kinda lame. The reason I'm not Legendary already is because of how buggy the game is on the PS3 platform, from falling through the ground at random intervals to slow loading of NPC/terrain it just doesn't scream "I'm worthy!" to me.

    They have not said how they are doing CR only that it will be different going forward as mods will not count just your gear.

    The only thing here I dislike is the narrow range of how you gain marks. I made a character not a perfectly realized set of powers and skills meant to maximize every attack. As a result despite what my CR says I am not able to do cutting edge content the day it is released. I typically build to it and do things I have done many times before to gather marks and build to a CR where I can do the new content. If I am ready this right that technique is officially over and done. Leaving this a game that ONLY caters to someone willing to build a set of stats versus making a character.

    The key difference is how much content is considered relevant, which is twice as much here as it was then (6 months of content vs. 3).

    If the CR ranges for what missions you gain marks from is expanded some. Well this would be somewhat good news. But that one aspect overshadows the entire thing for me. It really could spell the end of my advancing in the game. At which point, why even bother.

    If you're factoring in vendor gear as the only progress in the game, sure. We know for most people that's not true, since rare drops are better and desirable as well. But, that extra time? That's what you use to fund your mainframe or get older styles, etc.

    I just realized, if the new Loot system is going out with GU 47, but y'all said it would only be for Loot going forward, does this mean Halls of Power 2 is coming at the same time as GU 47 ?

    Since marks are going to be limited more with this new system and how we are now going to be limited with our content options, will the rare style vendor price drop?

    Old old marks will remain in your currency, and won't be converted. Triumph and Fury will be converted, and will not remain in your currency tab.

    The conversion will be automatic during downtime.

    does this mean you cant max both currencies at that time? what if you dont have anything more to buy, will you lose the overflow from the conversion?
