What the heck is up with my account status??

    I've been All Access since before DCUO was created. My account is set to auto-renew from my checking account. I have well more than enough to cover the $14.99 payment for the month but my Legendary status has been removed. Even if my payment didn't auto-pay for some reason, the last payment was on October 14 so I should still have a couple of days left.

    The current message on my Membership Info page:
    Pending Membership Payment: A $14.99 charge for your 1 Month membership is currently in process.
    CURRENT ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP PLAN: PRE-PAID Time

    So a CSR says my access has been lowered since my payment hasn't been approved yet.

    Wait.... WHAT?? The payment request didn't hit my account until after the CSR responded and IS NOT DUE UNTIL THE 14TH!

    Whom do I talk to about getting compensated for Daybreak failing to fulfill their part of the All Access contract?
