What motivates you to continue playing?

Sometimes...it's just that simple.

I run raid. I scoreboard chase. I enjoy. Sue me.

I really do enjoy the raids though, and for now, earning feats. Those two are what keep it fun for me.

Blue lantern powers inbound one day is why i keep playing.

I like to torture myself.

many things sadly, friends being the biggest. But I have been and always will be a helper to the community. Have helped since I gotten a helping hand, can go as far as saying as Im paying it forward to those that dont know anything of the game and shedding light on it much like people did for me so many years ago.

Man I guess the experiences I had with this game the joys and dc lore with all the fun and friends I used to have plus I jus resubbed my 1 year membership so I don't want that to go to waste

I play because I feel like part of the DC Comics universe. I feel like an equal fighting alongside Superman; I'm not a weakling or a bystander but instead a character worthy of forging a path through DC lore.

It's likely that feeling will be lost soon as it is replaced with my character feeling weak as he slogs through a quagmire of gameplay that results in little success.

Meeting new people who loves dc comics like myself, because everything else forget about it.

what doesn't motivate me is the latest mess i see in stats revamp testing, i hope they take their time and make the revamp worth playing the game again.

I've been away from the game for like almost 2 years, due to lack of decent internet connection. About to boot it up again, after waiting another four score for the thing to download. Not sure what all's happened in that time, other than SOE becoming Daybreak, so for me it's a bit of nostalgia, and love for creativity (I love making characters and giving them stories for the heck of it). Also, it's a LOT of curiosity. I want to see how the game's evolved since 2015.

Going in with a blank slate pretty much. Kind of excited, and heck, if it's different and I still can somewhat enjoy playing it, I'll just adapt. Also, it's fun to play with a nice cold drink of whiskey at the ready!

Nothing. I quit months ago and am literally only on the forums now because it's the slow season at work.
