What is the meaning of this? Character Creation

I love almost everything about this game, gameplay, and the fact that you can customize your character to your liking, except for this part:

Full Urban Slick / Street Style:

I don't understand it, it just looks weird, and it has been like this in the game for years. How come this wasn't changed? It's just a weird style, people don't usually wear socks over pants, and I don't know anyone that does. Can we please make a change?

A lot of teenagers (boys, not girls) used to wear their socks over their pants here in Ireland a few years ago. I never understood it, it looks stupid, but it's real.

I blame Beiber, what with his hippity hop music and such therefore.

I had no idea this was a thing...I think the style looks ridiculous.

I remember wanting to shoe style, but the socks over the pants? Not so much.

As far as I know, this goes back to at least the 1980's.

Been that way for pretty much the entire games life. Took 5 years of people asking to wear we finally got sneakers of wrath. Those are the addidas looking shoes with no socks. Idky the shoes with the socks that way was ever even made. I have literally never seen any person in real life walking around like that. It looks ridiculous and odd. Not sure what they were thinking.

LOL The only good thing I've ever seen about beiber was his appearance on an episode of CSI, in which Cops unloaded about 20 pounds of ammo into the punk. BEST. EPISODE. EVER.

Can't forget what I never saw. CSI was an axcellent show. A beiber concert, however... Dude, I wouldn't watch that if somebody offered me Phoenix materials for all my toons.

We can't place all the blame on the guy. That's giving him way too much credit.

An option to tuck a shirt or leave it loose would be nice in character creation. Same with footwear.

golfers tuck the hems of their pants into their socks to help their swing. pair it with one of the ugly sweaters and you're in.
