What happened to artifacts not working in PvP?

    Artifacts such as Orb of Arion and Solar Amp are working in PvP.

    Orb increases the priority heal at 300%
    You get the modified damage for lasers for Solar Amp.
    Some of the stats are carrying over as well.

    And yes this is happening in PvP arena.

    They shouldn't work in duels either but who am I to say anything? It's open world. But they should NOT be working in arena.

    Please fix this kindly.
