I’m a day one customer and my entire weapon system is glitched which causes me not to be able to play the game I pay every month for the game so I need to know who to contact to fix it my staff is held like a one handed weapon and my shield is backwards and that’s just one of the many problems. During cross weapon combos my weapons can not be locked . These problems occur on all my weapons, My entire weapon system is bugged and I cannot use it. I’ve been paying every month since day one and I would like to continue playing but I can not use my weapons I need to get in contact with someone so I can resume favorite game
I also can’t save none of my weapon styles on my account and during cross weapon combos they revert to default
I have had this occur occasionally, as well as the weapons themselves being invisible when doing weapon combos and masters combos- See Staff in Wonderverse raid and Sixth World raid
