Probably whenever it's available on the test server. I imagine they might also disclose that information during something like a reveal stream/video. The best way will definitely be patience, and wait for it to arrive on the public test server, so you can have a look at it yourself.
Test server has been taken down for updating. I expect we'll be able to get our feet wet once it's back up, presumably later today or sometime tomorrow at the latest.
