While not 100% consistent when you clip with riptide fast enough you can reset not only the previous power used but the power before that resulting in a double power reset. Just the beginning part of this clip shows a bug with water. Clipping fast can result in Riptide reset'ing multiple powers on occasion. Most likely due to the fact if there is a timing element to riptide where its a previous power used within "x seconds" etc which using 2 powers fast enough would have both powers within that "x seconds" window (just an assumption)
Sounds like something not easily remedied due to lag and such. I'd be afraid of anyone touching this ability because it will just become bugged.
I just tried this over and over on my Water PC character the only thing that comes off cooldown for me is pressurize. This might be a lag or PS thing.
