I think it would be a really good idea to rearrange all the teleporters in order of minimum CR to enter, so their all close to each other based on CR, maybe even change the central hubs design so more rooms are added each being a Cr hall, so if your are between X and X Cr these are your relevant content, it's easy to find easy to interact with and more organized.
I think they staggered them back and forth so there wouldn't be a ton of people around the same two or three teleports.
