Is it just me, or is it severly underwhelming now..And i'm talking within the last week where there's no noted changes..My circle is only healing for 150 a shot...Soul well is only healing for 70 a tick ? I feel like is was doing double that not long ago.. Where as atomics follow up hits/heals do 350 a heal ?
