Not A Bug Villain's Washington DC is empty

    I warp there on my villains and the was nothing there. No npc riots, no world bosses, and no mission npc. Couldn't switch phase.

    Villains have an additional couple of tasks in a slightly different version of the world when starting this episode, once you complete those tasks, the next time you warp to it you will be in the regular version

    Ok ty it appears that you have to do the main story to get everything to appear i didn't have 2 do that on my hero alts

    the first time you go in there you have to grab the augments from lex in the park near were cheetah is and then change the statue were you get the OP neck and catalyst. then the next time you enter everything will be there

    You just have to talk to Lex and break the statue. Then you can warp to Washington D.C. again and it's normal.
