Venus Fly Trap pet" not showing up after being bought.

i saw it on test server though oh yeah i want this pet, i bought it and look in my base i'm looking around for it.. and yeah its no where to be found.

Stupid question: did you collect the item?
Sometimes I forget to collect the item and head straight to decorator mode

i had thought the same thing i look and go yep not in my inventory, look at my marks i had 52 when i bought it from the MP, now im at 2. look to see if i accidently deleted it nope.
i straight up collected it and now its just no appearing in the base at all.. like i never bought it.. but i did

several times, even went as far as to look at the test server stream i watch couldn't find the video. so i went and found Tori youtube video to see if i spelled the name right.
for once in my life i did.. however the pet is still not there.

Do you need to place the pet in decorator mode?

you have to do that with all the base items.. lol

yeah me and you both, i literally bought the stationcash/daybreak cash for that one pet. i hope the devs fix this asap

awesome to hear, it allows you to buy it and collect it, but it does not appear inside in the base inventory when you wanna put a base item up.

i bought it on Lord Jareth hes like my only base toon i get everything i want and more on him.

I see there's a forum going here with the same problem I had. Bought it, collected it, gone from all inventory. Can't even repurchase with 50 pods. Got it with Atheias Flower (USPS4)

We've checked in a fix internally.
It's still there - there's a naming conflict with a previous housing item.

Bought the 50 mark one and only saw the other 2 venus traps in my base inventory. Iconic Simulation USPS/PC.

Having the same problem, bought the pet and collected it but when I go in decorating mode it doesn't show up on the list.
