QUESTION:
not sure if the artifact works with circuit breaker, ice elemental, wolf form, etc...
should it or shouldn't it? it makes sense it doesn't work with neo venom boost.

Nah, devs doing anything to tweak the buff duration would result in a nerf somewhere else down the line.
Guess people never learn.
Leave the artifact alone.

it stacks with the buff yeah, but the SC alone does not activate the effect of the dispencer.

and yet...thats exactly the kind of thing DCUO does...for over half a decade now...stuff like this is put out with structural faults
